What you will do

• Drive the strategy and roadmap for self-serve offerings and the hirify.global platform.
• Build a developer-first platform that supports partner growth and integrations.
• Lead projects from ideation through launch, iterating based on quantitative and qualitative data.
• Manage and grow a team of Product Managers, providing mentorship and execution guidance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and UX teams.
• Represent the company externally with customers, partners, and industry analysts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience recruiting, leading, and growing teams of Product Managers.
• Strong technical depth in systems, networks, or adjacent highly technical areas.
• Proven track record of engaging with customers and owning hands-on delivery.
• Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience leading a developer-first platform for internal and external engineering teams.
• Experience building integrations with external partners.
