What you will do

• Set up, operate, and monitor automatic or semi-automatic high-speed inserting equipment.
• Perform tasks including cutting, bursting, binding, folding, inserting, labeling, stitching, and trimming.
• Interpret production orders to ensure all job requirements are correctly executed prior to production.
• Evaluate output quality and color matching to ensure internal and external standards are met.
• Perform preventative maintenance and authorized repairs to ensure effective equipment utilization.
• Prepare final mail products for acceptance by the Post Office.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in El Dorado Hills, CA.
• Exposure to high-speed manufacturing equipment or inserting equipment knowledge.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use various tools and machinery.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) for clear and organized communication.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to work with percentages and use a calculator.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
