TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (2 days a week in the office in Manchester, UK)

Salary: £65,800 - £74,100

What you will do

  • Lead and manage all test activities across functional, non-functional, automated, and manual testing.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools aligned with agile and lean principles.
  • Mentor and develop technical teams to facilitate cross-skilling and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and external partners to design and deliver software integrations.
  • Track and report test delivery progress, identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Support the transition to cloud-based technologies and an agile delivery model (Scrum/Kanban).

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading functional and non-functional testing teams, including automation.
  • Strong understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor technical teams to achieve business success.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, MTM, TFS, or similar.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid (2 days/week) in Manchester.
