What you will do

• Direct all QA operations for Star Trek Fleet Command, including the design and execution of the overall QA strategy.
• Manage the internal QA leadership team and coordinate 3rd party offshore QA studios.
• Promote and drive a "Culture of Quality" across the business to ensure high standards in all deliverables.
• Develop and monitor team metrics to measure quality and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the Executive Producer to plan and execute the QA department's Annual Operating Plan.
• Oversee release quality, focusing on defect mitigation and optimizing the user experience in the live environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leadership and managerial roles within QA.
• Must be based in Spain, United Kingdom, or Ireland.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to operate within an agile setup and manage multiple high-profile releases under strict deadlines.
• High level of commercial awareness and understanding of business priorities.
• Extensive knowledge of JIRA or similar bug-tracking systems.
