What you will do

• Deliver capital investment projects and equipment upgrades on time and within budget.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all stages from concept to construction and handover.
• Manage project risks and changes, securing additional budget as required.
• Collaborate with client engineers, managers, directors, and third-party contractors to provide input on process design.
• Ensure all project delivery complies with EU and UK health and safety regulations and client protocols.
• Report project metrics to the site leadership team.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing capex equipment upgrades for biopharmaceutical projects from inception to handover.
• Ability to communicate complex technical aspects clearly to non-technical or non-expert audiences.
• Must be available to work onsite in London / Kent, UK.
