What you will do
- Review and edit existing proposal and response content in the Responsive platform for accuracy, relevance, and clarity.
- Identify outdated, duplicate, or unused content and support cleanup, consolidation, and archiving efforts.
- Apply standardized naming conventions, tags, and metadata to improve searchability and reuse of content.
- Assist with light content writing, summaries, and content standardization.
- Collaborate with strategic response and enablement stakeholders to understand content usage and priorities.
- Document content gaps and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written communication and professional editing skills with high attention to detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify identity verification required).
- Required to use a video camera for all virtual meetings to simulate the office environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes.
Nice to have
- Experience with content cleanup, editing, or business writing projects.
- Familiarity with proposal writing or RFP responses.
- Interest in healthcare, technology, or enterprise software.
- Experience with tools such as Responsive, SharePoint, or Highspot.
