What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for employees and external personnel.
• Manage visitor reception and coordination.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and postal services.
• Process and book travel requests.
• Manage basic office supplies.
• Support project work under the guidance of the Workplace Manager.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship or relevant experience in service-oriented environments (e.g., hotel, commercial, or travel sector).
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Solid knowledge of German orthography and strong language skills.
• Strong service orientation and ability to work well in a team.
• Good organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
