What you will do
- Manage daily operations of the Hamburg office to ensure a comfortable and efficient workspace.
- Coordinate global hub logistics and manage access for team members worldwide via WeWork.
- Support People Operations by handling employee queries and remote work requests.
- Provide administrative support to Finance and Legal teams, including processing signatures and drafting letters.
- Ensure all offices meet local health and safety standards.
- Coordinate onsite team events, meetings, and visits, arranging space and catering.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, HR, Hospitality/Facilities Management, or similar.
- Highly fluent in both German and English (written and verbal).
- Based in Hamburg and willing to be in the office approximately 80% of working hours.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proactive mindset and passion for creating meaningful employee experiences.

- First experience in office management, coordination, or People Operations.
