What you will do
- Lead the monthly Marketing Data Decision Forum to drive accountability and document outcomes between Marketing, Technology, and Analytics leadership.
- Design and maintain governance frameworks for data sources, identity resolution, profile management, and campaign dependencies.
- Establish a formal intake and evaluation process for new data requests, replacing ad hoc submissions with structured prioritization.
- Maintain a comprehensive portfolio view and a living roadmap explicitly connected to business value outcomes.
- Prepare and facilitate steering committees, ensuring C-suite and VP stakeholders are equipped to make informed decisions.
- Translate technical complexity from data and engineering teams into executive-ready narratives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise program management, product management, or strategic operations.
- Proven track record of owning governance structures and executive-level communications in large, matrixed organizations.
- Strong fluency in both business and technical domains, capable of engaging with marketing and engineering teams.
- Experience with data platforms, MarTech ecosystems (CRM, CDP, identity resolution), or large-scale digital transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Columbia, MD.
Nice to have
- Experience in consulting or advisory roles supporting enterprise transformations.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Airtable, or similar portfolio visibility tools.
- Background in high-volume B2C industries such as hospitality, travel, or financial services.
- Exposure to modern data architecture (e.g., medallion architecture, data mesh, CDP integration).
- PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification.
