What you will do

• Take ownership of end-to-end performance testing, from requirements analysis and strategy to execution and reporting.
• Design and execute automated performance tests, including load, stress, endurance, and peak load for web, API, and cloud systems.
• Validate critical non-functional requirements such as scalability, stability, and response times.
• Perform root-cause analysis of performance bottlenecks and collaborate with engineering teams to drive optimization.
• Select and continuously improve performance testing tools, frameworks, and technical methodologies.
• Act as a technical expert and mentor within Agile/DevOps teams to influence overall delivery quality.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in performance test automation, programming, and industry-standard methodologies.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing automated performance solutions for distributed systems.
• Ability to operate independently in complex, fast-moving enterprise delivery environments.
