What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated regression tests and scalable test architecture using Page Object Model.
• Design and execute functional, integration, component, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for user stories.
• Collaborate closely with developers in an agile setup to ensure built-in quality and meet Definition of Done.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and PI planning.
• Establish and maintain reliable test environments and test data in collaboration with test management.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a technical tester in large-scale agile development programs.
• Strong proficiency in test automation, regression testing, and API testing using tools like Postman or Selenium.
• Experience working within Scrum and/or SAFe environments.
• Knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD) and scalable test design.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating testing into development workflows.
• Fluency in written and spoken Danish is required.

Nice to have

• Experience teaching or mentoring others in testing practices.
• Background in large public sector programs or regulated environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing or modern testing tools.
• Experience with test orchestration frameworks.
