Salary: £44,000–£53,000 plus bonus up to 6%

What you will do
- Identify, assess, and onboard suppliers to support operational and development needs.
- Manage supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, and technology to maintain a competitive supply base.
- Contribute to the execution of commodity sourcing strategies and ensure continuous supply to sites.
- Conduct market research and spend analysis to inform negotiation strategies and drive value creation.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production teams to deliver annual cost-reduction targets.
- Drive continuous improvement of end-to-end procurement processes and internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ procurement experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment with direct materials.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- English: Excellent proficiency required for collaboration across countries and time zones.
- Location: Must be based in or be able to work from Manchester, UK or Hamburg, Germany.

- Exposure to the Semiconductor Industry.
- Experience working with chemicals, gases, or technical procurement.
