What you will do

• Identify, assess, and onboard suppliers to support operational and development needs.
• Manage supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, and technology to maintain a competitive supply base.
• Contribute to the execution of commodity sourcing strategies and ensure continuous supply to sites.
• Conduct market research and spend analysis to inform negotiation strategies and drive value creation.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production teams to deliver annual cost-reduction targets.
• Drive continuous improvement of end-to-end procurement processes and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ procurement experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment with direct materials.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• English: Excellent proficiency required for collaboration across countries and time zones.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work from Manchester, UK or Hamburg, Germany.

• Exposure to the Semiconductor Industry.
