What you will do

• Develop and implement AI-assisted marketing and business analytics solutions using data science and ML on Microsoft Azure.
• Design, implement, and optimize ML models across supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning paradigms.
• Build and maintain scalable data and ML pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and ADLS.
• Deploy and operationalize models using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Container Instances, or Azure Functions.
• Implement CI/CD and MLOps best practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for versioning and deployment.
• Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, promoting best practices in ML development and cloud architecture.

Requirements

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in feature engineering, data preprocessing, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
• Expertise in building and training models using Azure Machine Learning and associated SDKs.
• Ability to collaborate with Data Engineers to manage large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Strong understanding of data quality, consistency, security, and governance standards.
• Location: Candidates must be based in the posted locations (Nashville or Seattle).
