TL;DR

Subject Support Manager (Education): Supporting teachers in the delivery of Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) qualifications with an accent on pedagogical expertise and assessment knowledge. Focus on influencing the delivery of GCSE and A-level MFL specifications across the UK and utilizing data to improve customer satisfaction.

Location: Hybrid (Guildford, UK). Must be based in the UK and able to travel regularly nationwide.

Salary: £17,880 to £20,360

What you will do

  • Provide subject-related support to schools and teachers regarding MFL specifications and planning.
  • Deliver Curriculum Connect sessions and represent the organization at national conferences.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify centers requiring additional support.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment in qualification delivery.
  • Build relationships with subject stakeholders to provide insights for future qualification developments.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK and have the flexibility to travel regularly nationwide.
  • Deep understanding of MFL subject areas, current pedagogy, and academic specifications.
  • Experience with GCSE and/or A-Level assessment and the wider education landscape.
  • Former teaching experience with the ability to demonstrate credibility with educators.
  • Ability to use data effectively to inform delivery and measure customer impact.
  • Enhanced DBS check is required.
