What you will do

• Monitor social channels to extract deep player insights and identify recurring pain points.
• Analyze player behavior and sentiment to provide root-cause recommendations for game improvement.
• Design and analyze tests for new features to ensure balanced and satisfying mechanics.
• Communicate community requests and analytical results to cross-departmental stakeholders.
• Support project quality goals through various operational tasks within the gameplay loop.

Requirements

• Proven record of 1000+ hours in the Soulslike genre.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Availability during core working hours: 10am – 4pm CET.
• Logical, analytical, and methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to present data and results clearly and concisely.
• Strong self-management skills for a 100% remote environment.
