What you will do

• Administer Windows and Linux server environments, including build, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Provision and manage Azure infrastructure (VMs, VNets, Load Balancers, Azure Monitor) with an emphasis on stability and cost-consciousness.
• Operate hybrid connectivity and dependencies involving identity, DNS, networking, and on-prem virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Serve as an escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents, performing root-cause analysis and driving corrective actions.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities for servers and associated infrastructure in collaboration with security teams.
• Automate routine tasks and operational workflows using PowerShell and maintain ITIL-aligned documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
• Strong expertise in Networking and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Proven experience in Azure and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with VMware and security logging & analytics.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification.
• Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800/AZ-801) certification.
• Microsoft Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500) certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
