What you will do

• Administer Windows Server OS (2012/2016/2019/2022), including installation, configuration, and hardening.
• Manage Active Directory services, including users, groups, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP.
• Provide operational support for critical production environments and perform incident analysis within defined SLAs.
• Execute operating system patching, updates, and version management.
• Develop basic automation and scripting using PowerShell.
• Maintain operational documentation following ITIL and organizational best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Windows Server environments.
• Experience with server installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
• Proficiency in administering Active Directory (Users, Groups, GPOs, DNS, DHCP).
• Ability to analyze system events and logs to troubleshoot OS and service issues.
• Basic automation or scripting experience using PowerShell.
• Intermediate English proficiency for technical documentation and global collaboration.
• Must be located in Mexico City for in-person work.

Nice to have

• Experience with IIS, file services, and print services.
• Exposure to virtualized or cloud environments (VMware and/or Microsoft Azure).
• Familiarity with ITIL practices for incident, change, and problem management.
