What you will do

• Administer and support Windows Server environments (2012-2022) to ensure stability and security.
• Manage Active Directory services, including users, groups, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP.
• Support business-critical production environments while meeting defined SLAs.
• Perform system maintenance activities, including patching, updates, and log analysis.
• Implement system automation and change execution following ITIL best practices.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience administering Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience supporting production environments under defined SLAs.
• Knowledge of patch management and troubleshooting.
• Basic experience with PowerShell for automation.
• Intermediate English proficiency for technical communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with virtualized and cloud environments such as VMware and Microsoft Azure.
• Exposure to IIS, file services, and print services.
• Experience working in enterprise or managed services environments.
