Co-Op Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support Process Engineering projects and activities for assigned production areas.
• Identify opportunities for improved efficiency, quality, safety, and cost reduction in production processes.
• Collect and analyze process data regarding equipment performance, downtime, scrap, and productivity trends.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues, equipment concerns, and production inefficiencies.
• Update process documentation, work instructions, procedures, and ISO-compliant forms.
• Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality departments to support project tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and a strong interest in manufacturing processes.
• Basic data collection and analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective teamwork.
• Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
