What you will do

• Build and evolve mission-critical commercialization tools and systems for fleet management.
• Collaborate with Product and other engineering teams to develop systems as business needs evolve.
• Solve complex real-world problems including vehicle profiling and secure parts transactions.
• Design and build key infrastructure to manage an ever-growing fleet of autonomous vehicles.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of backend/infrastructure experience.
• Strong knowledge in building software applications at scale.
• Proven technical leadership (TL) skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and solve large, open-ended problems.
• Strategic and architectural thinking to balance short- and long-term needs.

Nice to have

• MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data structures, algorithms, and programming in C++.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience or interest in working in a cross-functional environment.
