What you will do

• Build a composable React widget framework for sandboxed iframes, web components, and shadow DOM with consistent developer ergonomics.
• Develop embeddable property and owner data experiences including profiles, detail panels, interactive maps, lead-gen flows, and outreach actions.
• Integrate AI-powered features using LLMs to enhance data exploration and lead workflows.
• Create a reusable component library with strong UX, accessibility, and performance for data-heavy UIs.
• Own end-to-end delivery, architecture decisions, and tradeoffs in close collaboration with VP of Engineering, CEO, and Founder.

Requirements

• Ship at agentic-native velocity using Cursor (or Claude Code) as primary IDE with specific examples of impact on output.
• Deep expertise in React 18, TypeScript, Tailwind, Radix primitives, and Vite for libraries and apps.
• Experience architecting complex, performant data-heavy React UIs (tables, filters, maps, pagination) with API integrations (REST/GraphQL).
• Production knowledge of sandboxed iframes, CSPs, JSON-RPC 2.0 over postMessage, cross-origin behavior, and embedding protocols.
• Strong ownership: drive specs, make tradeoffs, communicate concisely in async remote setting.

• Experience with OpenAI component kit or similar embedded-app libraries.
• Shipped widgets or embedded apps in third-party hosts.
• Mapping libraries like Mapbox, Leaflet, or Google Maps.
• PropTech, real estate data, or small business products.
