Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop financial modules to analyze a wide variety of client-specific projects.
• Collaborate with an industry team ranging from peer analysts to managing directors.
• Prepare research and analytical content for pitch books, memorandums, and presentations.
• Support business development activities of senior investment bankers.
• Attend client meetings and interact on transactional and technical issues.
• Actively participate in live deals, such as M&A, IPOs, and advisory services.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking or transaction experience in accounting, consulting, or corporate finance.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
• High level of financial knowledge, including financial modeling and macroeconomics.
• Working knowledge of business software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Boston, MA office.

Nice to have

• Possession of Securities Industries Essentials (SIE), Series 79, and 63 licenses.
