What you will do
- Administer and operate Red Hat OpenShift platforms in on-premise and cloud environments.
- Manage Kubernetes resources including pods, namespaces, services, and ingress.
- Deploy and support containerized applications using CI/CD pipelines and automation practices.
- Perform cluster lifecycle management, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching.
- Monitor production environments and troubleshoot incidents to ensure compliance with SLAs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience administering container platforms or Kubernetes-based environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Red Hat OpenShift (on-premise and cloud deployments).
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes objects, networking, and container lifecycle management.
- Experience integrating OpenShift with VMware, storage, networks, and load balancers.
- Proficiency in monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting production environments.
- English: Intermediate proficiency required for collaboration with global teams.
Nice to have
- EX280: Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration certification.
- Experience working in large-scale, enterprise, or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with RBAC, certificates, secrets, and security policies.
- Exposure to IT service management (ITSM) and operational best practices.
