Principal DFT Engineer (Embedded/IoT)

What you will do

• Handle RTL Design for DFT related changes at both Subsystem and Top level designs.
• Insert and verify MBIST RTL for memories.
• Analyze and fix Scan DRCs in RTL.
• Analyze ATPG reports to improve coverage and generate patterns for ATE.
• Implement TAP, IOs, and Test Pinmux using NXP DFT flows.
• Manage Power Aware RTL/GLS simulation bringup and oversee regression suites.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DFT implementation and verification of scan architectures, JTAG, memory BIST, and ATPG.
• Strong proficiency in Digital Design concepts and Verilog/VHDL RTL coding.
• Proven ability to debug and root cause problems in simulation failures.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Austin (Oakhill) office.
