What you will do

• Lead analytics initiatives by translating business problems into ML/AI models and actionable insights.
• Develop, validate, and maintain predictive models using statistical methods and machine learning.
• Design ETL pipelines and manage analytics-ready datasets using SQL and Snowflake.
• Create executive-level dashboards and decision tools using Power BI.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to operationalize analytics solutions.
• Apply MLOps, Git, and CI/CD practices to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in machine learning, statistical modeling, and model validation.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data pipelines and model development.
• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms and production data environments.
• Proven track record of delivering ML solutions from concept through deployment and adoption.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with time series, clustering, tree-based models, GLMs, or neural networks.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Natural Language Processing (NLP) use cases.
• Strong experience with Snowflake for ETL and analytics datasets.
