Salary: $234,000 – $385,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Conduct deep, end-to-end investigations into sophisticated threat actors interacting with hirify.global’s models and products.
• Model attacker behavior and proactively hunt for malicious activity and misuse patterns.
• Leverage telemetry, OSINT, and in-house safety systems to identify adversarial use of AI in cyber operations.
• Develop lightweight tooling, scripts, and agentic workflows to scale investigative throughput.
• Partner with Security, Safety, and Product Policy teams to operationalize findings.
• Produce high-signal written reports for technical and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in threat intelligence, incident response, or offensive security.
• Proven track record of investigating sophisticated threat actors and platform abuse in complex environments.
• Strong scripting skills for building automation and investigative tools.
• Ability to query and synthesize telemetry from diverse systems and vendors.
• Must be based in the US.
• Ability to engage regularly in person at the San Francisco headquarters.
