What you will do

• Operate press machines, including setting rollers, hanging plates, and applying ink.
• Ensure correct graphics and layout through proofing and registration mark alignment.
• Manage ink and water balance to match specified color requirements and maintain consistency.
• Monitor UV lighting levels to ensure proper curing and prevent offset or delamination.
• Perform preventive maintenance and clean the press according to technical manuals.
• Utilize shop floor data collection terminals to maintain production accuracy.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience with a color press.
• Ability to handle potentially hazardous materials and operate pallet jacks/stackers.
• Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check prior to hire.
