What you will do

• Lead high-impact technical projects from concept to commercialization
• Design and execute formulation and application testing
• Translate customer requirements into innovative product solutions
• Generate performance data to benchmark products against competitors
• Collaborate with global R&D and Innovation Center teams
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers, sales, and business leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of laboratory experience in formulation and new product development
• Ability to define project objectives and evaluate costs
• Experience managing projects across cross-functional, multinational teams
• Ability to travel 10-20%, including potential international travel
