Location: Must be based in Japan

Salary: 9,815,000 - 12,080,000 JPY per year

What you will do

• Guide enterprise customers and MSP partners through AVD environment deployments and Azure infrastructure setup.
• Provide hands-on technical support for IT professionals across the hirify.global platform, including Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Microsoft Intune.
• Diagnose root causes of complex incidents and deliver high-quality, accurate resolutions for technically proficient users.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to reproduce and resolve advanced platform issues.
• Maintain deep technical expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies to advise customers on best practices and maximize product value.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, systems administration, or cloud infrastructure roles.
• Proven experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployments or Azure environment management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration, including identity and endpoint policy management.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and Windows Server environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation, scripting, and system configuration tasks.
• Must be located in Japan.

Nice to have

• Prior experience using the hirify.global platform (NME or NMM).
• Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-140, AZ-800/801, or MD-102.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ITSM ticketing platforms.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management best practices.
