Location: Hybrid in Bulgaria

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary lead and trusted advisor for high-value enterprise customers.
  • Lead the onboarding process to drive adoption of the hirify.global platform.
  • Project-manage new client integrations and post-launch expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to identify business opportunities and develop account strategies.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success) for enterprise software.
  • Experience managing enterprise customers and high-tech accounts.
  • Strong aptitude and curiosity for learning technical concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Fluent in both Hebrew and English speaking.

Nice to have

  • Experience with NoSQL databases or distributed caches.
