Location: Hybrid in Bulgaria

What you will do
- Serve as the primary lead and trusted advisor for high-value enterprise customers.
- Lead the onboarding process to drive adoption of the platform.
- Project-manage new client integrations and post-launch expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to identify business opportunities and develop account strategies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success) for enterprise software.
- Experience managing enterprise customers and high-tech accounts.
- Strong aptitude and curiosity for learning technical concepts.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Fluent in both Hebrew and English speaking.
Nice to have
- Experience with NoSQL databases or distributed caches.
