Salary: $116,000 – $170,000 per year

What you will do

• Investigate and resolve challenging technical issues for pCloud and Identity Security Platform (ISP) products.
• Assess the severity of customer escalations and ensure all required technical details are provided.
• Collaborate with Development, Support, and field engineers to drive successful outcomes.
• Provide quick response code changes to resolve production issues.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to guide developer on-call teams.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in C# with the ability to debug new and legacy code.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Deep understanding of Windows and Linux OS, including user management, authentication, and system administration.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues within a SaaS system.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AWS GovCloud.
• Previous experience working within cybersecurity companies.
