Quality Control Specialist I, PSA (Collectibles)

Location: Onsite at the Boca Raton, Florida office. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; overtime may be required.

Salary: $18.00 per hour; compensation may vary based on location, job level, experience, and skills.

hirify.global provides grading, authentication, vaulting, and sales services for collectible trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, tickets, and memorabilia through brands including PSA and PCGS.

What you will do

• Inspect assembled parts and products for defects and deviations.
• Count products and verify quantities against submission forms.
• Match submission-form information with identifying stickers on product boxes.
• Verify that information on flips matches the corresponding collectible items.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity while working under pressure and following management instructions.

Requirements

• Good problem-solving skills, judgment, prioritization, and attention to accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, 10-key, and internet searching.
• Effective oral and written communication, including email.
• Ability to work effectively with others and follow instructions.
• Ability to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods and perform bending, twisting, squatting, and regular hand-use activities.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; employment eligibility is validated through E-Verify. Regular lifting of up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting of 50 pounds or more with assistance or proper equipment is required.
