What you will do

• Define and lead the end-to-end technical strategy, architecture, and performance for the marketing website.
• Manage website builds and redesigns from initial requirements through to launch.
• Develop conversion optimization and experimentation infrastructure to enable rapid growth testing.
• Design the website data layer, including event architecture and tracking standards for BI.
• Build content infrastructure in Sanity using reusable blocks and COPE pipelines.
• Evaluate and implement AI strategies for personalization, dynamic content, and intelligent search.

Requirements

• 12+ years of web development experience, including 5+ years at senior/principal level in B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise with Astro.js and Sanity (or Next.js with strong Sanity experience).
• Proven track record of leading major website projects with strategic organizational impact.
• Strong experience with A/B testing architecture, technical SEO, and headless CMS.
• Ability to communicate complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Daily practical use of AI development tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude.
