What you will do
- Architect and implement complex UI features using React and TypeScript, focusing on render paths, memoization, and code splitting.
- Drive design-system-first development using ADS and Material UI to maintain UX consistency.
- Manage sophisticated state and routing patterns using Redux at scale, Zustand, and React Router.
- Design integration contracts for REST and GraphQL and collaborate on BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) design.
- Optimize monorepo practices using pnpm and Nx, ensuring cross-package API stability.
- Establish and lead testing strategies utilizing Vitest, RTL, Cucumber, and Playwright for E2E journeys.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building large-scale frontend products, with 3+ years leading features in React.
- Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript (generics, discriminated unions, strict typing).
- Proven track record of performance optimization in data-heavy UIs (virtualization, profiling).
- Production experience with monorepos (Nx, pnpm) and build tools like Vite or Webpack.
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability remediation (Snyk, SAST) and secure SDLC practices.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading features through the full production lifecycle.
Nice to have
- Experience with React Native or Next.js.
- Knowledge of Storybook and visual regression strategies.
- Prior experience in enterprise SaaS (multi-tenant UX, permissions, auditability).
- Experience with drag-and-drop frameworks or canvas/SVG charting.
