Salary: $92,800 – $125,500

What you will do

• Contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of compilers, debuggers, profilers, and build systems.
• Assist in toolchain integration and performance analysis to improve overall developer productivity.
• Collaborate with software engineers and architects to align tool capabilities with evolving platform requirements.
• Analyze and debug technical issues to identify root causes and implement system-level solutions.
• Learn and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance the engineering workflow.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering (or a related field).
• Completed coursework in Digital Design, VLSI Design, Device Physics, CMOS Circuits, Programming Languages, or Computer Architecture.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C, C++, Python, or Java.
• Strong foundation in engineering fundamentals and system-level thinking.
• Must be able to work on-site in the United States (Phoenix, Santa Clara, or Hillsboro).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages including TCL, PERL, or SKILL.
• Exposure to scripting and automation tools.
• Prior hands-on experience through advanced research, labs, or internships.
