Salary: $112,800 – $141,000 USD

What you will do

• Supervise daily histology lab operations and the Sighirify.global team involved in cutting and staining tissue samples.
• Ensure laboratory tests are accurately performed and results are reported in a timely manner.
• Train, mentor, and manage staffing schedules for laboratory personnel.
• Manage quality assurance records and maintain equipment through strict quality control.
• Perform bench work as needed to maintain technical proficiency and competency.
• Handle administrative duties including payroll and personnel file management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Active ASCP Board of Certification: HT(ASCP) or HLT(ASCP).
• 4+ years of histology laboratory experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong working knowledge of CLIA, CAP, and relevant state regulations.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Carlos, CA.
