What you will do

• Design end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions including LLM applications, predictive models, and intelligent automation.
• Architect RAG pipelines, vector database solutions, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate foundation models like OpenAI or open-source LLMs.
• Define best practices for AI design, scalability, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and responsible AI guardrails.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver compliant and secure solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support pre-sales engagements.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US (Remote - US only)
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, transformer architectures, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and MLOps.
• Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate), fine-tuning models, and multimodal AI.
• Background in consulting/client-facing environments, APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and AI governance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science/Data Science/Engineering; 7+ years in software/data/AI/ML, 3+ years architecting at scale.
