What you will do

• Perform hands-on assembly, wiring, and mechanical or electrical build activities for hardware components.
• Execute test procedures and validation activities to verify hardware functionality.
• Identify, document, and communicate integration issues early in the development lifecycle.
• Assist with test setup, instrumentation, and data collection in laboratory environments.
• Maintain accurate build records and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers to support integration and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Associate degree or technical degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Technology.
• 0–3 years of relevant hands-on technical experience in labs, internships, or technician roles.
• Foundational understanding of electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical systems.
• Ability to follow procedures and learn new tools effectively.
• Must be able to travel up to 10% for laboratory or field support.

Nice to have

• Experience with hardware assembly and wiring.
• Familiarity with basic test equipment and laboratory tools.
• Experience supporting early prototype builds.
