What you will do

• Lead the localization and execution of global brand and business strategies for the Sweden and Finland markets.
• Manage the brand experience across all retail touchpoints, overseeing the performance of marketing collateral and campaigns.
• Act as the senior marketing interface for the local sales organization and key strategic retail partners.
• Implement global POS excellence and e-retail guidelines to enhance brand visibility and maximize conversion.
• Develop data-driven media strategies and adapt global creative assets to specific market requirements.
• Orchestrate brand presence at trade fairs, consumer shows, and PR events, while overseeing influencer activation workflows.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, preferably an MBA.
• Professional experience in Consumer Goods, Fashion, Luxury, or children-related products.
• Extensive expertise in Trade Marketing and knowledge of marketing operating standards.
• Fluency in Swedish, Finnish, and English (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel.
