What you will do

• Design, build and run IT solutions based on Pega technology, ensuring maintainability, stability, security and scalability.
• Take technical ownership of the Pega landscape and act as lead within the squad.
• Guide and support junior and medior Pega engineers, review their work and align with architectural standards.
• Improve ways of working including continuous delivery, test automation, behaviour-driven development and software delivery performance.
• Act as technical sparring partner, own complex design decisions and coach engineers on technical challenges.
• Safeguard delivery pipeline quality, oversee testing strategies and ensure automated deployments and defect management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands (NL)
• 5+ years of Pega experience required
• Hands-on experience with Constellation and App Studio (hard requirements)
• Experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD, test automation and delivery pipelines
• Ability to guide junior engineers and ensure best practices
