What you will do

• Act as L3 Compliance to resolve complex name screening alerts for PEP, Adverse Media, and Sanctions.
• Conduct OSINT research and perform risk assessments of potential true positives for senior stakeholders.
• Provide actionable advice on managing financial crime, sanctions, and AB&C related risks.
• Critically evaluate and challenge processes for identifying and documenting compliance risks.
• Review and assess the impact of FCC/Sanctions/AB&C risk profiles on internal projects and policies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in financial crime or sanctions compliance.
• Knowledge of banking business, processes, procedures, and systems.
• University degree.
• Must be based in Asia.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with sound judgment.
• Ability to prioritize work independently under tight timelines.

Nice to have

• Experience in the startup or fintech industry.
• ACAMS or ACFCS certification.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
