What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor, simplifying complex vulnerabilities and guiding customers toward effective risk mitigation decisions.
• Lead advisory sessions to contextualize and prioritize vulnerability results and overall security posture.
• Provide context-driven remediation recommendations to target vulnerabilities most likely to be weaponized by threat actors.
• Monitor customer environments for critical vulnerabilities and emerging threats, ensuring timely escalation and remediation.
• Drive measurable reductions in customers' overall attack surfaces through the Managed Risk service.
• Build and maintain professional, trust-based relationships with a diverse portfolio of customers.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in cybersecurity or related IT fields.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking (routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs).
• Knowledge of vulnerability management, attack surface reduction, and frameworks such as NIST, CIS, or ISO.
• Hands-on experience with EASM/IASM tools and vulnerability scanning platforms.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical findings for both executive and technical audiences.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Romania without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, CEH, Security+, or CompTIA Network+.
• Experience with Tenable Nessus or the Tenable One platform.
• Background in Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, or Red/Blue Team operations.
• Knowledge of cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Previous experience in customer-facing consultancy roles.
