What you will do

• Run day-to-day IT operations, including endpoint management, identity access, and device lifecycles for a remote workforce.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process, account provisioning, and access grants.
• Maintain asset inventory, software license hygiene, and vendor relationships.
• Identify and automate repetitive IT workflows through scripts, SSO flows, and provisioning integrations.
• Maintain the SOC 2 Type II program, overseeing evidence collection, control ownership, and annual audit preparation.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for responding to client security reviews and due-diligence questionnaires.

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT operations or security, including 2+ years leading an IT Support team.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration, SSO, VPN, and endpoint protection.
• Current experience managing Mac fleets via MDM tools such as Jamf, Kandji, or Mosyle.
• Proven experience in SOC 2 Type II maintenance and audit preparation.
• English: Fluent (C1) required for responding to client security questionnaires.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Brazil, or Colombia.

• Prior experience in technology services, consulting, or outsourcing companies.
• Experience leading client security questionnaires and due-diligence responses at scale.
