What you will do

• Analyze, correlate, and document customer and vendor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal security.
• Review inbound and outbound contractual agreements to provide technical guidance on security gates and risk acceptance.
• Perform risk assessments of contracts and redline amended proposed customer and vendor agreements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to align cybersecurity obligations with corporate objectives.
• Document and sustain the company's Security Profile and Standard Information Gathering (SIG) solutions.
• Draft and coordinate NDAs, service agreements, and other contractual reports.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Security, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of contracting analysis experience at a technology or services company.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity methods and technologies within applications and cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and formal English grammar.
• Ability to translate complex contract language into objective technical requirements and risk parameters.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Manila, Philippines.
