What you will do

• Administer and operate Oracle databases, ensuring availability, performance, and stability.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade database engines following operational standards.
• Monitor production environments, analyze alerts, and troubleshoot incidents under SLAs.
• Manage backups, recovery, high-availability solutions, and capacity planning.
• Optimize queries, support applications, and maintain technical documentation and standards.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to meet business requirements.

Requirements

• Intermediate English proficiency required for technical documentation and collaboration with global teams.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle database administration or support roles.
• Experience administering and operating Oracle relational and non-relational databases.
• Knowledge of database installation, configuration, performance management, and capacity planning.
• Experience monitoring environments, analyzing alerts, and troubleshooting database incidents.

Nice to have

• Experience managing backups, recovery processes, and high-availability Oracle solutions.
• Familiarity with database security and access management (users, roles, permissions).
• Experience with patching, upgrades, and hardening of database platforms.
• Relevant certification such as Oracle Database Administration Professional or equivalent.
