HR Coordinator (Humanitarian)

What you will do

• Lead the HR and Administration team at the Area level.
• Implement NRC systems and procedures ensuring adherence to policies and donor requirements.
• Manage onboarding, inductions, performance management, and exit procedures for all Area office staff.
• Advise line managers on personnel queries and handle conflict management and disciplinary measures.
• Oversee recruitment processes and maintain accurate personnel data in online and hard copy files.
• Coordinate staff development plans and identify training needs through gap analysis.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• Must be based in Mykolaiv, Ukraine.
• 1-2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator in a humanitarian or recovery context, with at least 2 years of overall HR experience.
• Experience managing HR systems for a staff of 70+.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Ukraine labour laws.
