What you will do

• Configure and maintain laptops, hardware, and mobile devices for the organization.
• Administer Bitdefender and other security software, conducting regular security audits of firewalls and access.
• Manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) across Google Workspace, Jira, Bitwarden, AWS, and GitHub.
• Act as the ISO Security Officer, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Oversee WiFi network maintenance, perform monitoring, and assist with AWS maintenance.
• Manage on-site and remote onboarding/offboarding processes and physical building access.

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with VLAN, IPsec, SSL VPN, and WiFi administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on high-quality customer service.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Kraków, Poland.
