Customer Trust Expert (SaaS): Overseeing trust programs and security compliance to enable GTM teams and customers with an accent on security questionnaires, audits, and trust-related inquiries. Focus on optimizing the communication of security posture and aligning security requirements with product and legal goals.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (Office-centric: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Salary: 22,000 – 25,000 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Own and manage hirify.global's Customer Trust Program, improving responses to security questionnaires and customer audits.
• Act as a security partner for Sales & GTM teams to accelerate deals by addressing security and compliance requirements.
• Engage directly with customers to articulate hirify.global's security and compliance posture.
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, Privacy, and Product teams to identify and bridge security gaps based on customer expectations.
• Review security-related provisions in customer contracts in coordination with Legal and Privacy teams.
• Maintain and enhance customer-facing trust assets, including documentation and websites.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with security compliance frameworks and audits (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP).
• Strong knowledge of security expectations and cloud methodologies for B2B SaaS organizations.
• Deep understanding of core Security principles, information security, and privacy standards.
• Proven track record of driving operational process improvements and developing success metrics.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical security concepts into customer-friendly language.
• Must be based in Poland and able to work from the Warsaw office on a hybrid schedule.
