What you will do

• Operate and optimize the Armis platform, including configuration, tuning, policies, and alerts.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of lab and OT/IoT devices while monitoring risk exposure.
• Identify vulnerabilities and implement risk mitigation and remediation plans.
• Develop security policies, procedures, and standards for OT/IoT environments.
• Configure monitoring, detection, and alerting mechanisms to support incident response.
• Collaborate with R&D, lab teams, and IT stakeholders to ensure a secure posture.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or OT/IoT environments.
• Experience with Armis or similar OT/IoT security platforms.
• Strong knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, NAC).
• Proficiency in asset discovery, risk analysis, and anomaly detection.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to document security procedures and communicate with technical/non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments and knowledge of GxP.
• Familiarity with SIEM, vulnerability management, NAC, or CMDB tools.
• Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or GICSP.
