What you will do

• Own fund operations for global hirify.global products, managing finance and compliance initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end fund administration for fund-of-funds, including onboarding, drawdowns, distributions, and payments.
• Lead financial reporting cycles, including annual statements, external audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions.
• Manage team budgets, performing variance analysis and expense management according to group policy.
• Maintain external vendor relationships and ensure cost oversight for fund operations.
• Support governance and legal workstreams, particularly regarding EU/Luxembourg regulations.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in fund operations, fund administration, or investment management.
• Proven experience with capital calls, distributions, and investor onboarding processes.
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting, reporting, audits, and regulatory processes (EU/Luxembourg experience is a plus).
• Ability to manage external stakeholders, including auditors, legal advisors, and LPs.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace.
• Must have the right to work in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, South Korea, or Japan (no visa sponsorship).
